Looking at improving fitness and cycling speed/power so bought a Tacx and WKO+
Im programming the Tacx to include my warm up & cool down as well as the training session.
eg VO2 imprvement session
5 min warm up
5 x (4min @ VO2 + 2min @ 60% VO2 recovery)
5 min cool down
Should I be including the warm up an cool down for calculation in WKO+ or should it only be the actual training session ie the warm up and cool down shouldnt be counted?

If you intend to use WKO to track CTL/ATL/TSB etc, then you should include the whole workout. If not, then it doesn't make much difference, but I don't see what you'd gain from excluding the warmup.0

Thanks.
Ive been logging the whole thing but then suddenly thought that perhaps the warm up and cool down should be excluded.
Then thought they should be included as its still exercise and training even at a lower intensity.
Google didnt turn anything up so I hoped someone on here may know.
Thanks for the quick responseSpecialized Enduro 2010 -custom
