Yup. Unimpressed that I shelled out £120 to have my stem flipped temporarily, saddle moved back 10mm and the cleats angle adjusted. I was asked how I'd set my bike up as it needed hardly any adjustment. I went by this:

  • I've done a bit of a search and not found many plus points either, cheers.

  • Adrian Timmis at Cadence Sport if you want a bike fit, Adrian is a Ex TdF rider and does bike fit, very experienced and also you get custom made insoles included, well worth it and highly recommended!!!
Helmand Province is such a nice place.....

I'm undecided between Adrian Timmis and pedal precision in Manchester. Seen lots of good reviews for Adrian but it's a 2+ hour drive whereas pedal precision is only 15 mins but I can't find any reviews. Anyone tried pedal precision?

While it was a bit expensive, I didn't mind it based on the thought that if parts/most of my measurements etc were right then at least I'd have peace of mind.
I'd been away from bikes for years and had set up my bike how I (thought) I remembered.

Turned out I had did an OK job but I did get good advice and different stem and bars.
I found the addition of the inserts for my shoes made things more comfortable.
