    I've bought off single track bikes, found them to be excellent with comms and delivery, and especially with price! As he is a one man band I can imagine that things get tough sometimes, but then I've had very poor service from CRC sometimes. They never gave me anything free as an apology, that to me is excellent customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you correct them that makes the difference.
