TCTP - anyone got the book to hand and able to tell me what the 2nd workout in week 2 (Experienced Century) is supposed to be? Planning a lunchtime escape from work but the book is at home... :? . Thanks.

I got it for Xmas and just read it, can't remember that bit specifically but you can't go wrong with either a 60-90min EM ride or a rest day0

And only got 60min for lunch so EM is a bit dull and not the most effective use of time... I can make one up that will do the job OK but just be nice to know what the book said... Thanks anyway.

From memory I think it is 60-90 mins EM with 3 x 8 or 10 mins steady state.0
