    First go today on the road bike... have ridden MTBs since I was 17 years young, which is around 25 years ago!

    So not used to so little grip.... but... as suggested above... I tried running 100/90 on 24mm Conti GP (2009 folding) ... and couldn't have been happier. I also didn't think the road was that harsh (and the roads were not the best)... but have no idea of rolling resistance mind you.
