edge 800

Can you create or upload routes onto the edge 800, just got one and i have seen some routes on the site that I want to try, but i am rather bad at remembering directions especially after an hour or 2 of riding and dont fancy stopping every so often to read it on paper.

any help is much appreciated

i use bikeroutetoaster to create maps and transfer them to my 800.
