    tighten up and avoid the edges.
    Perhaps its psycological, me wanting

    Injured... quite alot yea!

    Last years highlights include a 3 week concussion and a dislocated and fractured elbow (not in 1 sitting though)

    I'm slowly working my way arround the UK's hospitals :lol:

    touch wood ive not broken anything while downhilling yet :shock: fallen off various times from been a bit cocky, last one i hit a tree with my shoulder and flipped over the bars landing nicely at my mates gleaming face and his front wheel :lol:

    Ive given Leeds general a 5 star rating. Warrington (My local) Ive given a 3 star rating. Good front of house but the beds are a little hard
