Powertap and Edge 500

For all the peeps out there that have a powertap and an edge 500, can you let me know what settings are best to put in.

Specifically the difference between NONZERO Averagring and ZERO Averaging, which one is best to use.

    You want the zero average ON otherwise it will stop recording when you stop pedalling. Turn off auto pause too if you want a 'true' reading of power for the whole ride, etc

    Same for cadence - zero ON.

    Software will give you your normalized power anyway.

    I did have the cadence set up originally with zero on, though the firmware update reset all values in the 500.

    I have always had auto pause off, as it is crap :lol:
