Training for trip to France

Happy New Year to you all
I am planning to ride the Mont Ventoux and Alpe D'Huez climbs later in the year (New Year Resolution) and I am looking for a training partner who would be interested in joining me.
I am fairly new to cycling but I am prepared to put the time and effort in to make this a success.
