I have lined up half a dozen or so reliability rides starting late January (weather permitting)
All around the 50 to 80 mile mark in preparation for an attempt at a decent season's racing tli and lvrc.
The form was very very poor last year but I did suffer an injury last March but still no excuses.
What pacing etc and other aspects would people suggest for this ambitious preseason (well for me anyway).?

  • I rode with a few chaps who race in the lvrc last year, and my advice would be to do plenty of speed work after you've built your base for a couple of months. It really helps to start simulating race pace before so you can hit the ground running. That's what I do anyway
