After my first real outing on my road bike I suffered from inner elbow pain but only in the right arm.
When I originaly went out I had pain in my wrists due to the seat height (I beleive) after I sorted the height out my wrist were ok.
I've put it down to my first time on a road bike after years of MTB abuse,but is it likely to be anything more ominous?I'll propably find out after the next few rides..Thanks.
