Changing Sufferfest music

Is it possible with some bit of software, to change the music on a Sufferfest vid.

My missus has took a shine to using the turbo, but not to the sufferfest music.

    Yes. Play Itunes and turn the music down on the vid!

    I was thinking something a bit more advanced. :)

    What she would like is different music for the hard bits and easy bits, and music of her choice, and for it all to start just by running the vid.

    Must be possible, 'kin ell' its the 21st century, even in South Yorks.

    You could pay the extra few quid and download the group versions, they come without music.

    I don't think there's an easy way to get rid of the music but keep the attack/relax/increase effort sounds though, sorry!

    Edit the video and remove the sound then add your own to match the ride.
