Just thought I'd post my commute.
Normally the trip to the office is about 50m, so I usually take a detour to add a bit of variety... Adding anything, up to 16 km's. It's around 76m per lap.
Started doing intervals today, too, but this is weather dependant, as the surfaces are very slippery when wet!
