Hi,
I've joined this fine forum just to spam you with links to some competition. I don't ride a bike. However, there is someone in the competition who does ride, and is planning an amazing ride for charity.

http://www.berghaus.com/en/adventure-challenge/shortlists

Vote for Laura Nicholls, because I'm a spamming twit.

Spread the link to everyone you know and vote from as many computers as you can.

Berghaus are offering a prize worth £2000 for the expedition that receives the most votes so please help me get there.

Thanks

  • If you could do it on a bike I'd vote for you

I will be doing a solo bike tour of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. During my 12 month tour I will be volunteering in disabled rehabilitation centres, teaching locals how to make and fit Prosthetic limbs and Orthotics appliances to aid rehabilitation and improve integration into work and society. Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam are amongst the countries which have the most landmines in the world, and there is very little provision for the injured to be rehabilitated. I will be cycling around 5000 miles over the course of the trip, around very mountainous terrain, in very varying conditions.

    Sorry man,
I voted for her (5,000 miles on a bike = win)

  • What has the OP got to with bikes in any way, shape, or form?

No vote from me unfortunately. But I do suggest trying techradar as well, they also have nothing to do with climbing.

Laura Nicholls got my vote too. We need to get the whole forum involved as she is way behind.
@peterhodes - joining a forum just to get votes - why would anyone vote for you? Think I will copy this to Cake Stop as well.

A bit but she needs a lot more. I haven't really got any friends as I'm a sad git on the internet, but hopefully there are at least one or two real people on here.
