No ... not the 1989 film - but the problem I have been having all year. Orthotics, ultrasound, moving cleat position, new shoes, heat moulded inserts, x-rays, MRI-scan - it's been a long and frustrating haul of trying different remedial approaches.

At last with the MRI scan identifcation of the problem - bursitis of the fifth metatarsal (inflammation of the fluid filled sac that protects the toe joint).

And yesterday ... a steroid injection - and so to the point. Has anyone else experienced this - and had a good or otherwise outcome from a steroid injection?
