Roller length advice please

I just picked up my first set of rollers. They did not come with instructions however. Obviously the distance of the front roller from the rear two is dependant on wheelbase, but is it best to have it slightly longer or slightly shorter? My bike seems to fall right between two settings.
Thanks.
Thanks.

You want the axle of the front wheel about 25mm behind the axle of the roller - makes it a bit mote stable (ie slighly longer than the wheelbase of your bike)0

I wouldn't go for a full 1", but certainly you want the front wheel riding slightly up the front roller, not down the front of it or your steering will be too sillly-quick and unstable.
Kreitler rollers FAQIn setting them up, be sure to properly adjust the front roller drum to fit your bike. The axle of the front roller should be just forward of the axel of the front wheel of your bicycle (not to exceed 3/4").0 -
