    I use the High5 4-1 drink and according to their website, a typical 500ml bottle will give you around 150calories.

    So using two bottles will give you around 300. Most of the calculators online suggest a decent hour on the turbo will burn through around about 700 calories.

    So you would think you'd be comfortably in the black with regards to calories wouldn't you?
