    I need to get a job first and mrs g is contacted until July so need to start applying un the new year. I think my plan is to get my house spruced up then pop it on the Market anyway, if were stuck in wolves for a bit I'll rent a while. Then I'll probably rent for 6 months, check out the area properly before buying

    It does depend on the Market though, if I can't sell mine I'll rent it out and then rent somewhere else.

    It all depends on where I can get work though, could be Swansea or Carmarthen, could be Mac
