hi, with the onset of the dark nights thechances of getting some decent miles in can be a problem, have really enjoyed my first years road riding, completed a 104 mile sportive, and tried to get out on the north york moors as often as poss, to do some climbs, really looking forward to next year and entering a few sportives, have dipped about 10 kilos to aid my climbing and well pleased with that,i do a 110 mile round trip to work weekly, could this be enough miles to keep me ticking over till the chance comes to add more miles, would like to start next year in good fettle cheers

I would presume that this will keep you going nicely. Keep the intensity up because that will have more training benefits than riding steady especially over shorter distances.
