I am no royalist, but I do think this will have a morale boost to the nation. The British public do like the Royals and weddings and this will go down well.

Really, then why will tomorrow's papers be covered in the news. Remember newspapers only print things to advance sales - so according to your opinion, there will no coverage save for a factual entry on page 5. Get real, Britain will lap this up.

I'm certainly no royalist either and thats why I couldn't give a toss who's marrying who. I'm more concerned about how we're (meaning me and the majority of this massively in debt country) are gonna get through the next couple of years. Yes the papers will be full of it tomorrow, but lets face it, the day after it'll business as usual.

That's what happened with the Diana wedding certainly. I remember returning from a family holiday and we passed about half a dozen other cars on the roads between North Wales and the West Country during that afternoon.

I wish the young couple well but will their relationship survive the loving devotion of their fellow citizens?

Getting married I understand but the hysteria I just don't get. It's a bike ride for me on the day.
