Good choice, I quite fancy one myself.
Although I think you've posted the 2010 pictures, not that its changed a great deal.

gotta love cubes, although that trumps my peloton0
-
hmm prefer the 2010 saddle tbh lol0
-
Not wanting to rain on your parade but surely you should post pictures of your bike, rather than promo shots? Nice bike though, potentially.0
-
well i will in 2weeks when it arrives0
-
Looking at one of these for myself as a 40 th birthday present ( I know a bit MAMIL , but ive had plenty of bikes in the past) . Could I ask why you keep saying two weeks to delivery in all your posts. Formby cycles are showing 1-2 days. Or are you just an usual size.0

Superb looking bike. 8)
It was an outsider in the back of my mind when thinking of the 'dale. Loved the colourways but not having a local Cube dealer it would've been from CRC and I eventually passed on it at the end.
Chuck some photos up when it arrives.0 -

Cube rep was in yesterday and had a chat so shouldnt be that long, not an unusual size (56) i dont think0 -

Lovely looking machines are the Cubes although you are cheating by showing catalogue pics.

Good choice mate, I managed to get one of the last 2010 models from a well known website for £1350, I'm very pleased with it.
The 2011 model has different wheels and Ultegra calipers, I couldn't understand why the 2010 has FSA Gossamer's, it wouldn't have saved that much on the price surely, they are decent enough but I'd have preferred Ultegra calipers.
Enjoy it!_________________________________________________

Hey B_Dubbed, Once you get the bike any chance I could come and have a look? I'm in Cardenden and am seriously wanting one (can hopefully get it on cycle2work as my work do bikes up to £2000) Sorry if you don't want someone quite local having the same bike but there is already a few Cube bikes in the area. Which LBS do you use? Leslie Bike Shop or Spokes?
cheers
kevKev

Meant to ask if you go out with the Leslie Bike Shop boys on a Sunday as I may have seen you! I have a red Vitus as a starter bike. I was on a run a couple of weeks back and there was a guy with the same bike/kit as you that was quick up the hills (and used to be 20 stone but now about 12!!!!) - Trouble is there's loads of spesh bikes in the area as LBS does a lot of business, so it could have been anyone really :?Kev

Yeah, they're supposed to be a little tougher than the previous ones but that remains to be seen. The guy who did the fitting is a Cat1/Elite rider and he reckoned the tyres would be good for most weathers.
I don't think the tyres are available to buy for a couple of weeks or so.0 -

You getting a 56?
My new Agree GTC SL is a 56 and much more comfortable than my Scott CR1 58. Shop thought I'd be a 58 before the fitting but I was just a little too stretched. 56 fits like a glove, although I have added a 10mm FSA spacer to bring me just that little bit more upright.0 -
