Ride slowly and behind each other. Or ride really fast and draft off cars.0

take a shorter routeconstantly reavalueating the situation and altering the perceived parameters accordingly0

Solo:
1)fit aero bars and a negative drop stem and get as low as you can. Ditch the drop handle bars and get some flat ones.
2) Fit good tyres, use aero wheels.
3) Ditch the over size carbon frame if you've got one and get a skinny steel/tit frame, even better get a proper tt frame.
4) Ride in the tt position 100% of the time, don't stand up, even on the hills.
5) Wear tight fitting clothing and don't wear too much. Never ever undo a zip.
6) Ditch the helmet. I would say get a aero helmet but that might be taking things too far.
7) Freewheel when speed gets to a certain limit (you'll have to decide your own limit)0 -
