I'd have gone XTR brakes too, my XXs have been a right pain this year, get used to rebuilding them!

Yeti ARC5 carbon full suss (as if you couldnt tell)
XTR drive chain
Chris King hubs / headset
Rictchey WCS carbon bars / stem / seatpost / saddle
Avid XX brakes (to be replaced with formula R1 in the new year)
Fox float r120s
Full ti bolt kit

Well its only a day old so will certainly need a few more days riding to get to grips with it. But it does seem very, very crisp and smooth.

Well the advantage of having a new bike at this time of year is that it'll be an absolute state after 30 seconds, you won't have a chance to try and keep it in good condition! ;-)

Thanks Road Doughnut! Took it for its first ride yesterday and its like NOTHING I have ever riden before! It's like a hardtail on the climb, all mountain on the the downhills and is agile on the singletrack!

I am so pleased I bought it!
