Yes, to be honest I always ask if I see a cyclist who appears to be stuck on the side of the road, unless I'm in a hurry or mid interval, but I don't expect every cyclist who passes me to ask if I'm ok....0 -
How deep was the ditch? Maybe they didn't see you it was so deep. Like this:

Guys lets stop this thread. I t was a concrete culvert that I fell into, yes I was wearing a helmet, both the cyclists were behind me so obviously saw what happened but as freddiegrubb says in his case they couldnt have cared less. One was in Quickstep gear the other looked like Sky kit but I was more concerned about my arm. Calmed down now .0
