rollers with fork stand

I have a set of cycle ops aluminium rollers (with resistance) which i find okay apart from being able to sprint out of the saddle.

Do you think adding a fork stand would enable me to do more sprint training

    Nope, and I guess you think the same also. I imagine it would be pretty stressful on the forks, until they either snapped or you were laid on your side on the floor, or both.

    Dont think you need to be out of the saddle for sprint training, in any case. Short efforts, big gear, lots of pain, 'avit.

    I do short sprints in the saddle on my rollers. Can spin out to 46mph at present seated . :oops: Need to get fitter :(
