45 mile Sportive in Mid-November

Hello all, just entered my first sportive. Have gone for one of the Evans Ride It jobs in Hampshire and have entered the medium 45 mile route.
At the moment, I am mainly cycling on the weekends as the job does not allow for getting out in time for evening rides.
This weekend though I did a 25 mile loop on Saturday and then a 36 miler on Sunday round Richmond Park and back home.
I go spinning too so should a general increase of weekend mileage and pushing hard in spin get me sufficiently trained. Unfortunately I don't have space in the house for a turbo trainer!

If you can handle 36 miles then 45 miles shouldn't pose too many challenges unless it's over vastly different terrain0
