Contemplating getting a coach. Any recommendations?

After my first season of racing and TT's I'm seriously considering getting a coach to help me prepare for next season with my targets being Cat 1 and a 19min 10tt. :D

Can anyone recommend someone preferably in the north west/ north Wales area please? I'm not really looking for someone that dishes out a generic plan and leaves you to it, more someone to take a serious involvement and show a bit of enthusiasm.

Ta,

Dan.

To be honest you don't really need a coach in your location. Any good coach will give you a plan based on your goals and targets.

I use Ruth Eyles and she has done wonders for my racing, but whether she has any vacancies I am not sure. Ruth is based in Warwickshire.

One place to look is the ABCC website http://www.abcc.co.uk/coachreg.html , should be a good starting point.

another coach i can highly recommend is Dan Bennett

even when I was on the basic Intra plan he would check every week how i was getting on, would answer all my emails quickly, and would always be available to talk on the phone so you definately get his time, and i felt his plan was exellant and definately brought me on a lot, you can check him out here,

definately worth having a chat with him to see what he can do for you
