  • Less than 20km, catch imminent

  • I forgot all about Tejay. He is in 35th position, 55mins down. A missed goal for him, who was hoping for a top 20, maybe top 10.

Ahhhhhhh... my kids are watching a cartoon, and I can't get a feed to work... help!

I had one of them red bikes but I don't any more. Sad face.

  • Why is Bennati always in the top 5 or so just before they sprint then never sprints anymore, just sits there when the others jump.

Cav went for it so he is either tired or wasn't going near full gas.

That almost looked like Cav was trying to gift the stage to Goss, but when he realized Goss wasn't going to win he started his sprint too late

Has Cav got enough points to win the jersey?

    +1
  • Cav tried to hand Goss the victory and Farrar nipped around the other side.
Can't play games at this level.

So, the curtain comes down on another stage racing season.
    Another bittersweet GT day.

Lovely circuit that. As attactice as the Champs.

A winner of a Vuelta. Far fewer abandons due to the WC buffer week being added.
Maybe, we finally get the right collaboration between the ASO and UCI.

Cav said earier in the Vuelta that he was going to try and repay Goss for his lead-out work by giving him a win. I think Cav was just looking across to make sure he didn't finish too far down and lose the Green jersey.

I'm sure it will come out if that was the case sooner or later.

(Or maybe he was beat fair and square. It happens)

Not for the Giro though. Was very annoying. Tgey probably had some ping pong to show or something.

Yeah really liked all those buildings and boulevards. Shots from the heli are great too.

Why have the green jersey girls got satchels slung around their necks? It looks like they're off to do their paper round?

Overhead shot shows Cav pull out from behind Goss and pull up beside him - meanwhile Goss is still going full gas. As Goss stops pedaling he looks over to Cav and that's when Cav goes.

Looks like he was saying he couldn't hold on which is why Cav waited.
