warm ups

what simple warm ups do you guys do when starting to ride for training, weekend rides etc?
ride like the wind... with the wind... to the wind...

    Ride my bike a bit slower for 15 minutes, usually spinning in a lower gear. Maybe stretch a bit after I'm a bit warmed up. You don't need to do anything more exotic than that.

    For a training ride, no need to have a structured warm up, just get on and ride. If it is a tempo/sweetspot type of ride, then I will gradually up the pace for about 5 to 10 mins, normally the time it takes me to get to quiet roads.
