what simple warm ups do you guys do when starting to ride for training, weekend rides etc?
ride like the wind... with the wind... to the wind...

Ride my bike a bit slower for 15 minutes, usually spinning in a lower gear. Maybe stretch a bit after I'm a bit warmed up. You don't need to do anything more exotic than that.0

For a training ride, no need to have a structured warm up, just get on and ride. If it is a tempo/sweetspot type of ride, then I will gradually up the pace for about 5 to 10 mins, normally the time it takes me to get to quiet roads.0
