Now I can actually go places again without the fear of my car exploding! :D

That is all.

  • Ooooh! Give us a clue.

All we know is that it's non-exploding so it might be electric and that it goes places so it might have wheels. Oh and it's yellow. Actually I made up the bit about the colour but it's because I haven't got any other information about it :(

Not yet, let's have a few more guesses yet.

Sadly, it isn't a BMW 355, so my life isn't complete yet.

It's not yellow, and it's not an astra. Sheeps, I thought I'd told you what it was :?

Oh, and it's not new as in brand spanking new, but it is new to me (2004 model)

1.9. Still goes well though. It's the MK V, 2004 one.
    Will get pics in morning.

A dying Peugeot 306 1.9 turbodiesel, with a stoved in door, a leaking sunroof, and broken just about everything. The engine in that poor thing is just about to die

Sounds like my old BM. Every time I see a car on the side of the motorway waiting for the AA I get stressed and say a small prayer to the god of crap cars.

The god of crap cars and me are old friends
Until this Golf, each one of my bikes was worth more than the total value of all the cars I've ever owned added together
  • It's the 130 version of the PD engine thats in my FR.

Bloody good solid engine, not as smooth as the new ones, but more reliable :P

Pretty sure it's 105BHP. Feels like a lot more though, the old 306 was never this pokey even when the engine was still fresh.
I'm amazed at how well it pulls even when it's already doing 80+
(not that I've done 80 though, obviously  )
  • Of course not,

Mine made me poo myself a bit on the a470 at 130mph and still pulling! had to back off then as it was just being silly to be honest. But wantes a chance to see how the diesel would pull.. And bugger me do they

My bikes are rubbish, but my 14 yr old has 3 bikes, each worth more than my car. Something wrong there I think.
Suppose I could sell them and buy a better car.
Or sell him. Wonder if the pope's still around?
