Would this break the headtube if i were to run it at 180mm.

Well, the Mmmbop is only rated to 150mm, so you'll be putting a LOT of extra stress on the headtube. It MAY snap, and if it did, as well as being dead, you'd have lost a perfectly good frame for no reason.
Oh, and it'll handle like shlt at 180mm too.

I've just checked my family tree, turns out we're related! I'll PM you my address so your (our) uncle can bing some forks my way too!
On a serious note I wouldn't use them with that frame, although it's beefy, i wouldn't risk it. Also as CWNT said, it'll handle like crap!0 -

I don't think it would be any different from using any other 140's. I liked mine with 140 revs while i had it!0

It's CEN tested, yes. But CEN tested for forks up-to 150mm, not 180mm. The extra 30mm would void any warranty make it handle like poo, and possibly snap the frame.
It'll be fine if you keep them at 140mm (I run mine at 140mm too) but if your uncle woudn't think it was too cheeky, why not flog them and get some 140-150mm forks?

Ah right, in that case yeh, absolutely, keep this one and just keep it at 140mm.
If you DID run it at 180mm, chances are, it may not snap the frame, they are MASSIVELY strong. But do you REALLY want to take that chance? If it went, you'd be going down really heavy.
