Well, it's MTB based, but it's for use on the road. 20lbs all in.
Stumpy S-Works HT frame, 11-21 cassette, Ultegra short cage derailleur, carbon forks (500 grams!), Easton XC One wheels, SLX chainset.

Yes, well spotted. it is indeed an 18" and I'm 6ft.

Methinks you're going to want to raise the gearing though - I commute on my hardtail that I've currently fitted with a 36/46T chainset, although I reckon I could use a 48T to optimse my speed... and my bike probably weighs nearer 25lb+0
