Well, it's MTB based, but it's for use on the road. 20lbs all in.

Stumpy S-Works HT frame, 11-21 cassette, Ultegra short cage derailleur, carbon forks (500 grams!), Easton XC One wheels, SLX chainset.

    Thats alot of seatpost right there. :) Is that an 18' and are you over 6 feet's?

    Yes, well spotted. it is indeed an 18" and I'm 6ft.
    Still the top tube is easily long enough, and I guess the small size helps get the weight down a bit.

    Looks nice.

    Methinks you're going to want to raise the gearing though - I commute on my hardtail that I've currently fitted with a 36/46T chainset, although I reckon I could use a 48T to optimse my speed... and my bike probably weighs nearer 25lb+
