Turbo trainers - most silent on wooden floors?

This question has no doubt been asked a million times, sorry.
I'm looking at buying a turbo trainer having borrowed an old one from a friend which was incredibly loud (an old air fan Tacx)
I live in a terraced house and have wooden floors so ideally looking for one that is as silent and vibration free as possible within my budget.
I'll be buying from wiggle as I have a £45 voucher from them through their refer a friend scheme, nice!
My current thoughts are either...
Elite Crono Fluid ElastoGel Trainer
Tacx Sirius Soft Gel Folding Magnetic Turbo Trainer
Elite Crono Mag ElastoGel Turbo Trainer
Does anyone have any experience of the above or can recommend a suitable trainer within a £140 budget?

No experience of your suggetsions but can recommend buying a closed cell foam sleeping mat to stand trainer on - catches sweat etc and dampens sound quite a lot - a cheap one would do - thicker the better (as long as you dont wobble!)0
