Ive been cycling for many years - but now feel to improve I need to add some structure to my cycling. I can get out most saturdays or sundays for around 3 hours - and commutte daily to work but its only a 12 mile round trip - in heavy traffic - so its staying alive - rather than eyeballs out.
I am 47 - Iam comfortable with a 15mph avearge - if I push I can do 17mph avearge over 25 miles over a reasonably hilly course.
Are there any online training plans I could follow to boost my fitness over the winter ?

A training plan always starts from the point of view of where you want to be so set realistic, but challenging goals, for next year and then you can start to look at how you can build your training plan to help get to those goals.0
