There are probaly quite a few people out there who might have consdiered Ryanair but then saw the proposal in the news and though "What a bunch of c***s, I'm never using then".
You'd like to think so, wouldn't you? But we seem to be in a minority. Under O'Leary's leadership Ryanair has expanded to the point that it is now the largest airline in the world by international passengers carried (Wiki)!

Not a lot of people know that
You've just made me depressed for a moment. Then I thought sod it, I'll never have to fly with them.

Although it's not perfect, I'm actually looking forward to flying on BA this weekend now :)

OOooooohh I forgot about pilot incapacitation......
Drills.....argh I'm having flashbacks and not good ones. Could probably still write them out word for word! (Drills is a written list of what you do in emergency situations.)

Actually Ryanair isn't THAT bad, yes there are hidden charges for baggage etc but a lot of airlines do that now, and if you're heading away for a weekend and only want cabin baggage there's really no issue. The onboard drinks and snacks are no more costly than any other airline and if you are that bothered, go to Boots in the airport! Their seat pitch isn't bad either for a short haul operator.
Ride it like you stole it!
