Last weekend's jaunt, intervals Weds and today's ride were all absolutely $hit. Me and Staying Power have had a big fight and she's chucked me out of the house.
One week to turn things around or I'll just be meeting Will at the finish next Sunday.0 -
Oh...and just a quick two hour ride on Sunday for me this weekend - 8.30 / 9 or so at Esher if anyone's interested. Ranmore then Box Hill - something like that.0
