    But if people respond as Nelson’s mice do, Panda says, “the overall take-home message is that when you eat is as important as what you eat.”
  • FWIW I went from 20% to 15% body fat in about 12 weeks by counting my fat intake and limiting it to 50g per day.

    Not very scientific I know but was simple and worked for me
