I've used the site, after _brun_ posted about it, and it can be very handy to hit gaps in the rain
And those gaps would be where?1985 Mercian King of Mercia - work in progress (Hah! Who am I kidding?)

Actually, there's a hint of a gap coming up soonish (maybe around 1700) and then the cloud is more broke, so it might ease up a bit.1985 Mercian King of Mercia - work in progress (Hah! Who am I kidding?)

Proper rain? Bah, I'm in South Wales. It's like being underwater with vertical slots out there at the moment.
Looked at the radar thingy and there aint a hole you could slip a dry gerbil through on the horizon.
Andy my waterproof top isn't - so today I've got a foul weather roadbuilders jacket with me that has more insulation than my hot water tank. I'm going to be ten pounds lighter when I get home this evening.FCN 5 belt driven fixie for city bits

By and large the English Gentleman is waterproof
But I'm not English and certainly not a gentleman  Waily Waily!
And to think I gave up a meal out and free drinks to ride home in this...
Can't wait for the refreshing walls of grimy water from the busses, cars with fogged up windows weaving into cycle lanes, and cycle commuters with NO BL00DY guards!
Joys of cycling eh?.

I'm actually looking forward to cycling home in the rain via a detour to the other office building at Embankment. . Hi-viz Altura boil-in-the-bag at the ready 8)0

It's not a gentle rain and its not a thousand bullets of water type rain, which means its that endless consistent rain that gets you impossibly wet and makes the road greasy. I hate that rain!Food Chain number = 4

It's possible, that as autumn and more rain seems to be approaching, that I should buy some mudguards.FCN - 10

Them's the rules..... If you cycle in, you cycle home.... no matter the weather.
Down Clydeside and Erskine Bridge for me, if I can stand the boiling hot glare of the sun dipping towards the west, in the perfectly clear sky here."Encyclopaedia is a fetish for very small bicycles"0 -
I'm home, 16.5 miles in the pouring rain. Lights on, loved EVERY minute of it! Glad the wind has changed direction though0

They keep going on about that London. Folk there are big girlies blouses I believe. Either that or they are made of sponge cake and don't take well to water. I wouldn't worry about them.
Lovely weather for my ride to Scarborough today. Tail wind and everything.Faster than a tent.......0
