New Shoes - Pain in left Leg!

Cornish-JCornish-J Posts: 978
Just got a new pair of Sidis and went for a ride and i'm getting a shap shooting pain after about 20miles in my left leg, the pain is just below the knee and on the outside of my leg, kind of where the calf muscle meets, what feels like a tendon/bone.

I guess my cleat is slighly at the wrong angle - does anyone know which way i should adjust the cleat or any advice/things to try?

Adjust cleat so foot is slightly (1 - 3 mm) further away from bike would be my suggestion. Or copy the cleat positions as best you can from old shoes?
