Here's my main light bike steed:
I am a Materials Scientist by trade and wanted to avoid steel wherever possible. As you can see, I went for the radical organic look.

I'd like to know some more about that frame design, is it UCI legal, if not why not a single beam rather than top and down tubes?0

That is one fugly bike :shock:More problems but still living....0

Looks like something snapped....definitely radical..you must have long legs too. 8)Find your limits...and then exceed them frequently0

That design leads to seat bobbing up & down. No way is it UCI legal, but then I don't race so I can ride whatever I want.
When it had a set of Zipp 303s it weighed 6.2kg:

The zipps ended up being sold as coathangars. They were just not safe to ride down steep streets here in Tenerife.
So now it has a heavier wheelset, but it's getting some new brake TRP 970SL calipers soon, should end up around 6.5kg I hope. The RD, chain, cassette and ergos are 11 speed so those parts should be a bit lighter than the 10 speed versions stated above I expect...0 -
So the seattube is missing in order to make a more compliant frame, interesting design. How about lateral stiffness, I suppose with carbon that can be accomodated for?0

Sorry mate, I think its 'orrible.0
