Knee Pain...

Thought I'd post to see if anybody's had similar experience as my problem seems to be quite distinctive:

not really pain but more of a twinge that occurs at the top of the pedal stroke as my leg is at its maximum bend, it's just past the point where the quad meets the knee cap but on the inside of the knee cap. Feels as if something is moving under the skin above the bone....

Any ideas??
