agree with Bails, but as somebody who sort of works for the Council get your parents to write in saying how distressed you were and make it quite clear

    Time
    Date
    Location
    Description of Man
    Description of Van
Include photos detailing lack of signage re riding on the grass

Demand apology and to know what action is to be taken against employee.

Make sure a copy also goes to the local councillor responsible for your election ward and also the councillor responsible for play/amenity/outside or whatever your Council call it.

    EDIT -
Also report it to the Police as threatening behaviour to get a crime number to include - really s**t them up
And if you're not allowed on the grass, why the hell was he in a van

Should get a few rings twitching.

    I hate employees like this.

And I forgot dangerous driving, thanks mr policeman for the unofficial advice.

Any company or council will also have trackers fitted to their vehicles, so the mong will be caught. There's also the little matter of the engagement policy or whatever your council calls it.

seriously, can you really be bothered? calm down, and just forget about it, life's too short to bother moaning to the council. Fair enough if he's been a dick on multiple occasions, but for just the once.....

Well no I won't calm down, I've had c••ts like this work for me,and what if he does something again, like hit Josh, clip Josh and seriously injure him, who do you think ends up in court as well? Yes it's people like me. I've been through three HSE investigations and that enough.

You rode across the grass and somebody told you off. MTFU.

I can't believe the whiny self righteous dicks on here thinking you should waste your time and the council's time moaning about it. Think yourself lucky you didn't get a clip round the ear as well.

I didn't realise you could never ride on grass.

I could totally understand the whole 'Man The F*ck Up attitude' if the OP was on private property and it was the landowner having a go at him. In this case it wasn't. It was an employee of the council, and he didn't just tell the OP off. He verbally abused him. Now, I don't know about you but I was spoken to, by a council employee in that manner, I'd do everything I could to make sure that I or anyone else was never treated to like that again.
