ok, so hill climbs are nearly upon us, and im after some advice!
my target event is october, and im wondering how best to train for it?
the event winners do it in 9 ish minutes, last year i did it in 10mins 50 ish, so what would be best to train?
intervals i would assume, but what length etc?
any help much appreciated, thanks!

Do you live near the course? If so, in my opinion riding the course as much as possible is the best form of training for that specific climb.
Getting to learn where the nasty bits are, where to get out of the saddle, what gear to use etc etc is worth a lot of time and you will also be doing ultra specific training from a physical point of view.http://www.ledomestiquetours.co.uk
