Hey Guys
Right where to start
Ok well i have been riding mtb on and off for years (i am 16) and i have had no trouble whatsoever with any part of my body, however i then switched to a different mountain bike and after about an hour or so i started feeling pain down the right side of my thigh, anyway i went home and googled my symptom which i later self diagnosed as itb syndrome which is my first problem to deal with.
Then i started to ride a racing bike which i enjoyed but it caused me to have a tight lower back and it aches which is quite worrying due to me enjoying riding a racing bike as opposed to a mountain bike, however my back starts to ache after about 20 minutes or so which makes the rest of the ride annoying, i have adjusted my seat height over and over again with no luck.
Do you have any suggestions about itb syndrome or my tight lower back
Thanks

Might benefit you to get a proper bike fitting done - at least you can then remove poor position on the bike as one of the possible causes0
