Been for a blast on it today, bloody hell what a bike! Hate to admit it, but i prefer it to the Cotic! The cotic with the 140 revs felt too steep on the climbs, but the same forks on the mmmbop just kept on going up and up.

Cotic up for sale in the classifieds very soon me thinks!

    *insert extremely dissappointed icon here*

Haha, come try it, you'll agree I'm sure! It's so light and snappy, and i personally think it flows better. Can't put it down to what's on the bike either, as it's the same stuff.

Probably becuase its a hell of a lot lighter.

I like the fact that I think I can actually throw my BFe into the Grand Canyon and it would probably on have 'rock rub'

Ah yeah, no doubt the BFe is a tough old frame. The mmmbop is a sturdy old thing too. But which one is tougher, there's only one way to find out...

Nah, you could fight each other, but using your bike frames as weapons.

I could use an mmmbop in each hand, compared to TBC's one heavy BFe

Ooh, I like it. You could attach them using some chain to form a nunchuck

    Today, i have been :

Rebuilding the bike, back into the BFe. After riding the mmmbop for a couple of weeks, and using it for the commute, my sciatica has been a bit more niggly than when i was riding the BFe. I think the frame may be just a tad too small for me, making it flare up a bit. To test my theory, I'll be using the BFe for a couple of weeks and see how it goes,

Shame, as it's an amazing frame! However it's nice being able to flick between two bikes, with the same gear.

Frame may be up for sale with the superstar headset for a good price soon. Watch this space!
