toe down on right side

When i cycle, I have a more toe down on my right side and less so on my left.

When I am gunning it, I notice that my left adopts a more toe down style, however, when going along at a relaxed pace it is flatter. The problem is, this causes a slight leg length issue, in that my right is effectivley longer than my left.

My question

Should I try and ride with a more toe down style on my left all the time? I notice it more in my calf and glutes when I do this, I have to really concentrate but it does feel more comfortable overall. I suppose, can you train yourself to ride in a different way??

or

Should I wedge the left shoe to eliminate the effective length issue.

Thanks
