In Diamond Black Silk....
Feel like treating myself since I dont have (nor want) a car and the ex thinking she can 'become her own woman again' I think I shall start bein 'my own man' again... Lets see if a small loan + savings will cover it

You can do better than a Ducati, at least get one you can ride in the dampness we have lol ...even an Aprillia Tuono will run better lol
Caz xx0 -
Caz omg omg, colleague at work has one of them and if you want anything half sensible dont buy one :OO0
-
At this stage in his life I think what he really needs is anything he's set his mind on, so if it's a Duke, so be it.
It's the freedom it represents, more than the actual bike itself.0 -
1.Its a Ducati
2.Its a Ducati
3.Its a monster.
Mate has/had a 900 a few years back and it never went more that about 80miles without breaking down.
Buy it.It looks nice so when it's in the garage broken down you'll have summat to ogle
Or get a Hardley Dangerous if you're really having a mid-life moment0 -
yehaa - youre right.....
Feel like buying something 'extravagant' but witihn reason....
was looking at some Buells too.....0 -

Looking for something out of the usual?
How about a Triumph Street Triple?
But personally I'd always go for a trusty blade, or a gixxer. (Brother was killed on a gixxer)0 -
Yeah id start with a gixxer 6, not to fond on the RR0
-
I've got a nice Yamaha Diversion 600 for sale lol .......it's freedom lol

If you've got the cash and you're happy you won't just scare yourself sh**less and have to sell it soon, then go for it 8) Life is short etc etc
I kinda did it the other way round - did the petrol head thing then went into MTB'ing."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -
No, no, no, you're all wrong.
What you want is one of these:

Doubt it bike instructor we know has a gixxer thou and tested a rr and he said it was like riding a bandit 120 -
I love the street triple. If I had a choice of bike at the minute, it'd be one of them or a daytona 675. Nom nom nom. Nom.
Or, I'd just actually finish off the project I've got in the garage. All I need to do is whittle some instruments together and a oil radiator cover and it's basically done.0 -
I'm giving up motorbikes for mountain bikes lol...Hubby has had to sell his bike, an I downgraded from my VTR1000 to the Diversion 600 and I never use it, so I'm going to sell and buy a car...i'm getting old lol
