    oooh! cool! sounds like a proper laugh! im totaly gona do it next year! Out of interest how long is 1 lap? both in time and distance terms....

    7.5ish miles, fast guys were lapping sub 40's. I was about the 50-55 minute mark.

    Yeah...they DO sound like fun, until it pee's it down at 10pm, and 40 min laps turn to 1.5hrs!
    Think my team were gonna send out a Search and Rescue chopper for me at one time!

    Had to change tyres/cables, as they just totally clogged up with mud and clay few yrs back.

    But...great memories.

    Just fettled the NRS and fitted some Egg Beaters and then took it for a test ride... :D

    I heard that team cake were a bunch of lycra faggot tossers who couldn't have put out a single decent lap if they'd been on motorized Cancellera bikes.

    And I heard they got beaten by most of the solo women.

    I said the same, when we rode from Vancouver to Whistler, in 80 plus heat.

    Sat on the Whistler Chateau floor, waiting for a replacement door pass, and siezed up!!

    Mind, you after a night of FREE Mexican food/beer, rode the "Bear Cub Trail" the next day.

    And loved every pain-filled second...

    Admittedly most of that was down to my faster team mates, Bike is sounding abit worse for wear, Atleast it didnt rain ! 8)
