I rarely glance at the front page, tend to just click 'Forum' unless something really sticks out. Usually I glance at the rated gear, tut at the price and carrying onto this wonderful, troll infested, forum.

Most people will have the forum bookmarked rather than go through the homepage... I think.

    Correct.

Have to agree with Ollieda, the timing was unfortunate and attacking the op is mis-guided.

This is unfortunate timing rather than conscious disrespect I think.

But now the OP knows of the incident, he should edit it and make it the funny thread he meant it to be. A bit of integrity needs to be applied here.

Did not see the problem with the title tbh, it's just words.

All these people saying the title should be changed are silly people.

It is unfortunate that someone died and I am sorry for their family's loss as it's a tragic thing to happen. But it's got nothing to do with this thread or the title and people thinking otherwise are just jumping to conclusions.

I thought this post had been deleted but I've just noticed it was moved here instead.

When I posted this originally I certainly didn't know someone had died on the same day, which was purley conincidental (I don't trawl through all the sections on a regular basis).

If I had known this I would have never posted it but I've never seen thread on here which mentioned someone be killed on the road - which is why I didn't give it a second though. I do have quite a dark sense of houmor anyway, but that is not yet a crime in this country.

I do apologise to those who knew the women.

I wouldn't worry about it mate. You didn't know someone had died, you weren't being cruel or callous, and there was no intention to upset anyone.

I think there is a touch of over sensitivity (just wait for the abuse I get for saying that !!) by individuals who have typed before thinking. It happens, I'm sure we're all guilty of it, I know I have been in the past.

Anyway, my Gran died of cancer earlier in the year...... ooops, sorry, shouldn't have mentioned that, in case someone on here knows someone who also died of cancer
